All parts must be in an unused
condition when returned. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking
fee. There are no returns allowed for special order items.
There is no reimbursement
allowed for shipping or handling charges under any conditions.
When shipping item(s) back for
a refund please re-package with care. There will no reimbursement
for damaged returned items because of poor customer packaging. We
package with care, please extend us the same courtesy. There
is no reimbursement allowed for damaged parts either damaged by the
shipper or damaged by the customer. In the case of shipper damage,
we will send a new part and call tag for the damaged part.
Under no circumstance is labor
or down time costs reimbursed in connection with any of our
products.
If there are fit or quality
issues the customer is expected to contact us @ (541) 672-2661 for a
remedy.
Online Purchases: Please make
sure you haven't ordered duplicate parts. Some parts (tips,
pipes, etc) come AS PAIRS ONLY. Please make sure if you only
want one pair, the quantity you entered is (1) one. Otherwise
you will receive double the amount you want/need. We cannot be
responsible for this, as we have stated which products come in
pairs. Customer will either keep extra parts, or send back
with shipping costs at customer's expense. There will also be
a 10% restocking fee.
